• Programming and Needs Analysis
• Conduct interviews with representative clients to determine overall AV and communications needs as well as specific equipment and capabilities needed to meet their requirements.
• Prepare an AV conceptual design report to verify AV capabilities and systems by space.
• Prepare preliminary planning budgets for equipment and installation.
• Meet with the planning/building principals for approvals.
